Reality Soccer Schools was founded in April 2007 by Head Coach Russell Searle

Since opening RSS have had some great results including children getting trials from professional football clubs and high demands for the very successful 1 to 1 tuition program!
RSS coaches
All Reality Soccer Schools coaches are of a minimum FA qualified, CRB checked and hold up to date FA child protection and first aid certificates which can be produced on request
Equipment
Reality Soccer Schools use the latest sports science and coaching equipment within the coaching sessions, which allows children to get the most from each training session.
Where are the soocer schools?
RSS currently have 5 public soccer schools open which run in the Sevenoaks, Malling and Medway areas.
What can we expect from RSS in 2008?
In 2008 RSS will be opening their advanced academy for children who excel with there football skills in the local communities, also the will be more soccer schools opening and a new program of coaching for the evening, Saturday morning and school holiday soccer schools.
What is the "Reality Way"?
The Reality Way is a style of football that has been created by Head Coach Russell Searle. "The Reality Way" is an understanding of the game with out the pressure of playing like it's the world cup final!!! Basically we teach children to express themselves on ball, try skills and tricks with out any fear of getting it wrong, to attempt difficult passes and long range shots and enjoy playing the game no matter what there ability is.
When I was growing up I remember all the parents and managers who where watching always shouting to pass, pass, pass, but passing isn't the only option in a game. You have other options if the ball is at your feet, dribble, shoot, turn, so we teach the children when to use these different options. The problem with a lot of young footballers is that they are being taught the wrong way, if a child is only taught to pass then they feel uncomfortable with the ball, so they kick it away as soon as possible which leads to giving the ball to the other team'.
The "Learn to play the Reality Way" slogan was created so that children can recognise and feel comfortable with a style of football so that when they play they are confident and happy with what they are doing on the pitch.
